Our lactic acid, DL-alanine, and sodium lactate conform to Halal and Kosher requirements.
Our Isohara Plant has ISO 9001:2008 certified, which is the international standard for quality management systems. Additionally, we have established productions systems to provide safe products on the basis of our policy on quality, which can be summarized by the principles of customer satisfaction and maintaining and improving the product quality.
*Halal refers to foods processed in accordance with Islamic law.
*Kosher refers to food products that have been prepared in accordance with Jewish law.

What is the difference between synthetic lactic acid and fermented lactic acid?
A.
These two types of lactic acid are mostly the same. The optical rotation and melting points are the key differences due to different manufacturing methods, optical activity, and structure. Refer to “Differences Between Synthetic Lactic Acid and Fermented Lactic Acid.”
